If you are planning an event and wish to inquire about a panel discussion or speaking opportunity, we kindly urge you to carefully consider the importance of diverse representation and diversity of thought. Groups currently underrepresented in the railway industry today include women, UK ethnic minority groups, people with disabilities and people from the LGBT+ community.

We will give preference to organisers that foster inclusive conversations and bring in diverse perspectives.
